Marketing and advertising

The Health Tourism Show is backed by a dedicated marketing campaign, which includes advertising in newspapers, magazines, via email, and internet advertising on relevant websites.

Advertising will take place in carefully targeted print magazines, including Cosmopolitan, Top Sante, Cosmetic Surgery Magazine, Probus Magazine, News of the World Magazine, Yours and Marie Claire, as well as multiple insertions in the health pages of the Daily Mail. Olympia undertakes a major advertising campaign on behalf of its shows, including email, direct mail, leaflets and poster-based advertising.

Web ads are already running on the show's internet partner, Treatment Abroad (the UK's largest and most popular health and medical tourism web site), and a direct email to its 8500-strong opted-in membership list will take place in September. 30,000 emails will be sent to prospective visitors from the Retirement Show database.

A Google Adwords campaign will start in mid-September, aimed at searchers for 'medical tourism' and 'health tourism' based in the UK.
